ACCOUNT INFORMATION

How do I set up an account?

Click on "Login/ Register" at the top right corner of www.godrejsingapore.com
Select "Create an account" on the Right. 
Fill in your particulars, enter your desired login details and hit the "Create Account" button

How do I change my password?

If you are not already logged in, click "Login/ Register" on the top right corner of www.godrejsingapore.com
Click on "Edit change Password" under the Contact information Section.
Enter your new Password after verification of the Old one.
Click "Save"

Forgot your password? You can reset your password by clicking "Forgot Your Password?" under the Registered Customer Section.
Enter your email and the Captcha and Click "Reset my Password"
Follow Instruction to reset password in the received email.

How do I change my contact number and address?

If you are not already logged in, click "Login/ Register" on the top right corner of www.godrejsingapore.com and log in with your email and current password.
Click on "Edit Address " under the Address Book Section.
Enter your new Phone number and Address..
Click "Save Address"

Please note that changing your registered contact number or address in your www.godrejsingapore.com account does not change the contact number(s) or address(es) in your existing order(s). 

 

How do I change the registered email address of my account?

If you are not already logged in, click "Login/ Register" on the top right corner of www.godrejsingapore.com and log in with your email and current password.
Click on "Edit change Password" under the Contact information Section.
Tick the box “Change Email”  under Account Information Enter your new Email Address after verification of the Current Password.
Click "Save"

 

PAYMENT

Which currency is used for payments?

All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of all prevailing government taxes (e.g. GST etc).

What modes of payment are accepted?

You can make payment via the following modes:
Credit/Debit Cards - MasterCard, Visa and American Express
Paypal,
Bank Transfer
Cheque
Cash

What is a security code/card verification number/CVC?

MasterCard/Visa
The last 3 digit code on the back of card, next to your signature.

American Express
The 4 digit code on the front of your card, above the end of your card number.

Why was my Credit/Debit Card declined?

Your card could be declined for many reasons. Make sure the card number, expiration date, and security code are entered correctly. Please contact the issuing bank of your Credit/Debit Card for further assistance.

How do I contact Godrej regarding my order?

We encourage you to login to your account on our website to check your order details. 

If you are not already logged in, click "Login/ Register" on the top right corner of www.godrejsingapore.com and log in with your email and current password.

Click on "My Order" to check your order details.

What if i change my mind after receiving delivery?

Its OK to change your mind after receiving delivery. If you wish to return the items purchased please DO NOT remove the packaging AND/OR use them. We do not take back used products. If the product/s qualifies under the  RETURN & REFUND POLICY, you will be refunded the amount based on the RETURN & REFUND POLICY. As most items we sell are bulky and heavy, we incur delivery charges. Delivery charges are not refundable. Please refer to RETURN & REFUND POLICY for full details.  

DELIVERY

Can you remove my old furniture from my home when I receive the delivery from Godrej?

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist on old furniture removals.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Unfortunately, we do not. Due to security reasons and/or its remote and non-accessible location, Godrej does not provide delivery to the a few locations. A detailed List can be found under the “Delivery Charges and Locations” section

 

How much is the Delivery Fee?

Can I Self Collect my Order?

Yes, you can self-collect your goods after Full Payment is received by Godrej (S) Pte. Ltd.

If you choose to pick up your items in UNASSEMBLED CONDITION, you will have to carry out the assembly on your own. Requests for assembly of items at site, which were self-collected in knock down condition from our warehouse would be on chargeable basis. Alternatively, we can assemble the items free of charge during collection from our warehouse. This ensures proper assembly and installation of the product and you can check the functionality of the product to your satisfaction.
